It comes with what appear to be the original box and case, along a guide of some sort seen in pictures. It apparently decreases the color temperature from k to for use of type b tungsten film. The glass itself appears with some dust, but otherwise clean and scratch-free. I do not know anything about photography, and cannot attest to this filter other than by visual inspection.

This was found in storage after many years. From my research online, it appears that this filter is used for color conversion on tungsten or tungsten-type films.
