Tested and working Edmund Optics/Optec HSWF Filter Wheel part number 84-889. This was installed in an optical bench setup that saw light use, but it has a couple of quirks: As with the power supply, I can't find original stock back plate. Without a filter wheel installed, it gives an error saying can't be homed, but is recognized and responds to commands.

This is just the filter wheel housing itself. Theres no 12V power supply included. I opened the Optec FW Control software and filter wheel is recognized. This unit drew power from a 12V bench supply using the included wire, and I don't know what happened to original.
