I assume this would have been inserted into some kind of filter holder for mounting on the camera.

Looks in good condition with just couple very minor marks on surface but minimal and sure they wouldn't affect anything.

I am not real familiar with or certain of the exact usage this circular glass filter that is made two pieces layered together. That will greatly impact heavier items don't have a high value.
